VXR engine to replace 2.2?

hey guys, was browsing through a VXR brochure and wondered whether it is feasible to replace a z22yh engine and just stick the vxr engine in. Im not a technical or mechanical person but wondered if anyone has done it, or heard of anyone who's done it?

Anything can be done at a price. It is just very costly the SC route would be easier.

I don't think anyone has done an engine conversion on the Vectra C due to the ECU

it's possible, but you would need the gearbox and possibly a standalone ecu

The SC on a Vectra C has been left alone by Courtenay due to the very involved Canbus system.
