.....my first 39 hour week for nearly 7 years!!
I'm home now until next Tuesday. The recession has finally caught up with the aerospace industry. We have been on a gradual decline in hours for the last few weeks but last week we were told that all OT has finished yet we must still maintain our targets every month as normal even though we will be a few hundred hours down per week.
It is nice to be home early on a night and get up later in the morning so that's a bonus.
