heres my throtle body i ported and polished its a nice cheep mod that anyone can do.
It took me about 15 mins to get the throtle body off and cleaned up with some acetone.
I started off by markin out the areas wich needed smoothing out:
Then using a dremel with a sanding drum bit i roughed the area out so it was nice and even and then worked my way up using sand paper by hand, I started out with a 180grit and finishd with a 400 wet and dry. then i used a finishing pad and finaly some t-cut to put a shine on it. I was carefull not to go to close to the butterfly because it can effect your idle. It took me about 3 hrs from start to finish and come out quite well.
