oki went to repair shop and was advised they will not touch the exhaust system and oil leak, i can live with oil leak as it will be hard to prove but quite clearly the exhaust system is a different matter
the smack shows he dented the rear panel as I could see it with the rear bumper off, so he hit me with enough force to warp the bumper and damage the rear panel, his tiny little trash can on wheels was small and low enough to hit my exhaust direct on and the photos show contact to the exhaust system, they are now making out that it was blowing before and it was already sitting lower and not straight with the rear bumper
I am not happy, repair shop said they only got authorisation for bumper, insurance said they haven't got the investigators report back and the repair shop has no authorisation, the repair shop even said the car would be ready on monday lol
I am already getting wound up by this as it has nearly been 2 weeks now and we no closer to getting this sorted
