K just secured 4 flats and 7 houses :thumbup: full re-furb should keep me in work for over a year on £100 a day anyway the reason why I'm putting this is because the flats i was viewing their was some old piss head in one asleep on his bed and i had to measure up around him was funny but the dude stunk off piss and he was asleep with his cider bottle i wanted to take pics but the bloke who has given me the work was wiv me so i felt i couldn't lol
