check the chain / timing / chain tensioner
u will notice if it oil starvation as it should spit tiny bits of oil out of the oil filler cap recess
that noise sounds like a loose chain and the timing is out
and i would not start her up again with it rattling like that otherwise u be replacing the engine, just a suggestion m8
