get some bricks and put a towel on top of the bricks then put door on towel
go down halfrauds and see if u can get a clamp if u still struggling
i had someone help me when i replaced the door on my nova
one bloke was gripping the pliers as hard as he could then there was me with with a hammer walloping the pins down
try heating up the ends of the pin on your gas stove or sommit then compress with some pliers so when it cools down it should keep the compressed shape, gives u enough leverage to put into door then bang with hammer
