Not a nice feeling!

Been for my run this afternoon after having my usual Saturday morning Large Bacon and Sausage sandwich at work. Half way round I felt quick sick

Solution, replace run with extra sandwich. Nice warm happy feeling - sorted!

I know how you must feel, we have mandatory PT on a Thursday after lunch, have a really beasty circuit!!!!

I usually have mushrooms and BBQ sauce in there, but I was planning on having later on in the day, but they small was just too tempting.

I've resisted ordering one this morning though, as I've got a massive Sunday dinner waiting for me when I get home tonight.

i will let know know i had a full fry up this morning which had
2 rashes of bacon
1 poached egg
1 potato waffle
1 hash brown
big pile of baked beans
2 sussuages
and toast
