i done this about 4 times 😛 - took me 45 minutes to swap over injectors
on a standard 2.2 u need to remove air intake pipe & TB, bleed the fuel pressure using nipple, i used a plumbers wrench to unscrew both fuel pipes going into rail, unplug the fuel pipes from retaining clips
lift up the coolant hose from clips and then start undoing the bolts
u can get the fuel rail out with the injectors still plugged into the loom and the ecu still mounted on the manifold, pull the rail out and leaver out from the right hand side then u can unplug the sensor wiring 🙂
refit using grease on seals and the injector connectors sitting in a 4-5 oclock position as u will notice they get stuck a bit on the manifold/ head, u will feel the injectors sitting in right
u will know if the seals need replacing as they will lose their spungy feel and if they are rock solid then they need replacing, vxhall charge about 35 quid a set, just remember to keep an eye on em when pulling out the rail as a few members have lost em before 😛, 9/10 u just reuse them and pack em with grease but i put grease in the holes where the seals sit rather than the actual seals, just dont use 2 much
