rod1-sri Once i have fisished off the exterior of my astra i want to SC it. I dont really wanna pay a squillion pounds and have courtenay do it so i was just wondering whats involved and what parts are needed. Oh and can the left hand drive Cobalt SS supercharger kits fit? i know they use the z22se engine but are there differences in the management etc? any and all input would be as ever greatly appreciated :thumbup:
vocky the cooperS unit is not a good idea, I did look into this a few years ago. the cobalt ss inlet and supercharger are the correct parts the cobalt belt set up requires the usa cobalt alternator - as it spins the opposite direction
rik1083 do you have air conditioning? if not you can have exactly the same style as vx220 i'm not sure how it works on the astra is you have ac but that's the only difference I can see, just read through (theres at least 3 topics in the sticky section) of diy builds and that will answer all your other questions
