si_c1978 has anyone had any expierience of programming your ecu? i have heard the kwp2000plus will interface with the car, are there any others to consider? me car seems to be constantly evolving at the mo so it would make sense to re-map myself. thanks! dunno.. dunno..
daiflu SPI 028 flash tool works for the Z22SE. Where you get a reliable source of tune files is another story.
si_c1978 the kwp2000 plus ive been looking at comes with 15000 pre-set maps on a bonus disk, presumably there would be a similar disk for the SPI 028? or is it worth for the price getting the kwp2000+ and giving it a whirl? is it compatible?
markv As far as I know the kwp2000 doens't work with the 2.2 ECU. We've been using the SPI 028, seems to be stable enough, but indeed, difficult to get hold of. Mark
si_c1978 ive found a copy but its 200 squids, pricey but id sooner have one that works, any hints on a link as to where i might get hold of it cheaper?
markv LOL 🙂 You think that is expensive??? The first one I bought was a second hand and at a very good price for the time, 1200 euro's! The original new was 1600 euro's. Convert that into pounds, it's almost 1400.. Mark
