VXR Styling kit

Hey guys, I'm looking into getting a vxr styling kit for my vec c. Apparently this consists of 'front lower spoiler, rear lower spoiler, rear lip spoiler and a pair of side sills.'. However, looking at my SRi, it already appears to have all of those things unless im blind. My question is, how different is this vxr styling kit to the appearance of the SRi in general?! notsure.gif

Is your Vectra the newer shape? If not the front bumper will be different ie won't fit the older shaped front end. I might get the Vxr rear spoiler as it's a little bit bigger. The rear skirt is colour coded, thats what I will be getting for mine later. The side skirts are slightly different , stick out more.

The front spoiler is an extension that goes over your SRi one. The Rear Bumper spoiler is also a clip on part. The Rear spoiler is longer than the stock SRi one as well. Its actually an XP kit as fitted by VX for the SRi XP. The VXR front bumper is actually different to the SRi so would need a complete bumper to do it properly. The kit is also missing the VXR rear insert but thats only £40 from the dealer and will clip straight in place of the stock SRi one.

I'll give my local Masterfit a call and ask them how much it will cost to paint and fit the kit. Ive also had a full cat back system fitted with larger zorsts so hopefully this wont cause any fitting/compatibility issues 🙂

The Rear extention follows the lines of the original rear bumper so should fit on fine. The front extension is only bonded on, the rear extension is screwed into the wheel arch and bonded around the back, you could save yourself £££ if you could find yourself a good sprayer and fit them yourself.

I'd definately suggest finding a good sprayer, as VX cost is through the roof for paint work.
