i gave it 2 oil changes since had new timing chain fit, oil might of came from the old crankshaft seal i replaced, however i also removed the sump to make sure the filter in the sump was not bloke and i found metal components in the sump, i would upload a pic, dont know how, so i will describe to you, 3 componenets all metal, 1st 5pence size style plate 2nd 1cm high spring and 3rd a metal block with groves on it as it grips something, took parts to dealer and mechanic said tensioner parts, so again assuming balance tensioner. i pulled up a pic of the tensioner and the 5p style plate does look that of the tensioner part.
