I've been out repairing my wall today. 4 capping stones came loose and a crack has appeared in the wall. I've knocked off the old cement from along the top of the wall, coated in watered down Uni-Bond PVA and then reseated the stones in new cement. I popped down to work and accquired some stainless steel sheet. I cut the sheet into 3 strips to tie the wall in where the bricks had cracked. All good now and I hope I haven't got to mess around with it again for another 14 years. lol!!
My backs in half now too. Think i'm going to have a nice bath now.
