Problems with Throttle Bodied VX220 2.2

I am having problems with my z22se VX220 running webcon throttle bodies and Alpha PRO4 Engine Management System. Its the power pack 4 fitted by Throney Motor Sport http://www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk/tuni ... ower.shtml

The problem is that the engine will rev to 2500 then its as if it is hitting a rev limiter it wont go any further.

I spoke to TMS and they suggested reading the codes from the standard ECU. I dont knwo how useful this is when the Alpha ECU is doing most of the work.

I have read the codes myself with a cheap OBD2 reader and this is what came up:
P0201 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 1
P0202
P0203
P0204
P0443*
P1120 Manufacturer-specific code
P1220 Manufacturer-specific code
P1275 Manufacturer-specific code
P1280 Manufacturer-specific code

Are these codes that should be expected when running an Alpha ECU?

Has anyone had similar problems or know what a likely cause is?

I've had a similar problem on a different car (Lancia Delta Integrale).
Lancia had been unable to find out the reason , and they were just able to change the RPM at which it happened (4000 RPM before 3200 after).
By deduction , knowing what they had removed and reinstalled, i found out that the culprit was a gap too small (but just within manufacturer tolerances) between the trigger wheel and its sensor.
A few tenth of millimeter added and the problem was solved.

Thanks I will have a look at that at the weekend.
Does anyone know the procedure for setting the gap with the webcon throttle body kit?
Is it just loosen the sensor, put a feeler gauge in to set the gap and tighten it up again?

Thats exactly what the problem was. The gap between the trigger wheel and crank sensor was too close.
10 minutes lying on a wet road under the car and its all sorted 😃
