Courteney sport can remap the std ecu for a turbo charger (its pretty similar to the supercharged map)
you can go the piggyback route with the AEM FIC which can adjust fuel and ignition
you really need to look at costs/advantages
the courteney remap will probably work out cheaper initially, but any further mods will need to be addressed with more time on the rollers, dont forget that you will need to get the car to them which can become very expensive if the car is initially undriveable
The piggyback route bit more expensive and inital setup can cause problems with ecus fighting each other however they are quite easy to change the map, can also be done at a local tuning company
The standalone will be the most expensive to get running (but not much more than the piggyback) however they are relatively easy to setup and any mods can be addressed easily and quickly at a local tuners, personally i would go for a decent standalone e.g DTA, MOTEC or Emerald. pick one that a local, well known and respected tuner can map
