They are very easy mate! Under the sill you will see plasic bungs holding the skirt to the car. Push the middles in and I think you will find a bung on the arch side near the wheel holding the skirt on, push the middle in on that also. The skirt then just pops off from the clips holding the middle of the skirt on. It's the same putting it back on. Just get the skirt in the right place and hit the skirt in the middle with your hand popping it back onto the clips. Put some new bungs back in under the sill area.
