Hankook Tyres

Hello,

Has anyone on here tried them, i never normally buy anything other then Avon / Googyear / Toyo. But money is a bit tight and i could do with some and these seem ok.

Anyone got any info on them was looking at the V12 evo.

i got 2 of them bout 4 months ago as i was in the same boat as u and i think there ok for what they are, havent had any complaints

Simon, have a look at the Hankook RS2. Mark Watts swears by them on his Astra and nearly called me something nasty for not buying a set when I was looking for new tyres.

Found them for about £54 a corner + fitting for the V12, just having a look at the RS2 but TBH they all seem to be about the same price.

what are you doing in here drakey?? you get your car lowered and you think you can look in the tyres and suspension section lol

have you looked how much they are on camskill there tyres are usually cheap.

No each, 225 - 45 - 17`s

There were cheaper but they sounded quite good.

I had a look at the R-S2 but after looking at the spec the V12 seem a general all rounder.

I will let you know how i get on with them. This is the most budget tyre i have fitted apart from some Yokohama A539's which where bloody awful, they where meant to have a good write up.

Yes pal had them done the other day. Done a hundred and fifty miles on them, road noise is very good and even though they are fresh rubber and have the silicone on them they seem very grippy in the dry.

I will report on how i think of them when i have done a few more miles in diffrent conditions.

Intial impressions are good though.
