The turbo project was canceled due to my new family member - 3 months old Kris.
After my girlfriend told me i've decided to cancel it and to put more safer power to the engine.
Here are the modifications:

-Pre Cat and Cat removed and replaced with custom stainless steel exhaust system with 2.5" pipes - Extreme Tuning
-Traction Control/ESP/EPS - ON/Off switch
-Cobalt SS 2.4 Mainfold
-2.0 LSJ TB
-Comp Cams Stage 1
-1mm larger valves
-port and polished cylinder head
-balance shaft removed
-EGR cheater
-Piper exhaust manifold
-3" intake pipes
-Oil catch tank
-40mm thick water radiator
-Yacco VX1000 5W40 Full Synthetic Engine Oil
Suspension and brakes:
Bilstein B4 front and rear shocks
Hel brake lines red
Coartney sport drilled and grooved front and rear disks
Mintex Red pads (front and rear)
Yacco DOT 5.1 Brake fluid
308mm front brake carriers and calipers
I've replaced the 2.0 LSJ TB due to lots of P1514 and was not able to sort it out even after 100 miles steady drive with reset PCM.
I am now with stock TB, but i am considering order one ported and polished TB from NICKB.
I need to sort the TB and finally after months of waiting shall go to map the car.
I really hope to be in the 185-195 range, this shall be perfect.
