Matt My Wife and her best friend did the Race For Life today. They covered the 5km in 40 minutes (the first person to finish did it in 18 minutes!) Got loads more of random people running, which I'll upload later.
Martyn lol great photo quality them m8.......... 5k in 18 mins thats some going. I used to do mile n half in 7mins 40 wen i was in the army and at the end of that i couldnt walk so to do 5k in 18mins wata show-off
