Running Rich?

Hi all.

After recently fitting a wideband kit ive learned that my car runs rich at WOT it goes down to about 10. Is this bad or is it a comon thing? If it is bad what can i do to put it right? Ive tried using a home made map controller using a potentiometer which did sort of work but is a bit of a bodge! I know a remap would be a good idea but if i keep moding and adding to my engine ill have to keep doin it. Would an apexi neo be a good idea? Or am i barkin up the wrong tree? I would of thought after fitting the 2.4 manifold it would run lean!

Any help would be appriciated.

If you do a search for the results of the Yorkshire RR day last year you'll see all the std cars where very rich (one of the only RR day I'vee seen to give everyone the AFR plot as well as the power and torque), only cars that had sports exhaust, 2.4 mani and cams without a remap where getting the AFR to be about right.
