A few weeks ago the airbag light came on as I started the car to drive home from work. It definitely was not on when I arrived at work. I would be interested to know if anyone can explain why this might happen? So I looked up the manual and it said that the airbag system would be disabled so I thought OK, no great emergency - get it sorted next time I'm getting the car serviced. But on the way to work this morning without warning or provocation the passenger seat air bag went off and shocked the living daylights out of me. So now I'm nervous that any of the others could go off without warning. Does anyone know if this a realistic possibility? If it is I guess to be safe I'll have to get it towed for $$$. 🙁
