I have a Chipped Uk remap on my Vec c 2.2, went from 147bhp up to 163.8bhp. The thing drives fantastic, torque curve is flatter and comes in earlier.
I already had a K&N induction kit and a non standard back box which is why it was already up factory figures.
Jayson thinks my final figure was down by as much as 10bhp due to my coolant (anti freeze) being old and the car was running a little hot. I've now changed the coolant and fitted a Courtenay cool running thermostat and the thing firkin flies now! Put Denso Iridium plugs in a couple of weeks ago and they have helped with pulling away in first and the top end seems a little more punchy.
