Yep, DTUK ECO3 is a great piece of kit. However, yours has the sports button Rob, so I would go for a remap, as these can me mapped to the sports button, so you get 160bhp normally, and with the sports button, 200bhp.
I like the ECO3, but the power is very irratic, and it's not very smooth when giving it beans. I've actually got it disconnected at the minute as I prefer the smoothness of the drive with the box off. If I can get another year out of my Clutch/Flywheel, then I'm going to go for a remap instead of the tuning box, as the maps can also limit torque in 1st and 2nd gear.
The M32 6 speed box you have in there is only rated to around 320nm of torque, which is pretty close to the standard output of the 1.9 CDTI, and with a box on you'll more than likely bring on premature death of the flywheel. Vectra has the F40 which is rated to 400nm, but with a box on, it puts that way over as well.
Some Eibach Pro Springs would look ace, Andy has them fitted to his Sports Hatch, and lowers the car prefectly.
