road angel ?

hello all

my misses passed her test the other week

and now wants a speed detector to warn of fixed and mobile cameras

she does not drive fast but really does not want to lose he lisence for this reason

so any views on the road angel or are there better ones to have ?

she only wants to spend around £100 if poss ?

You won't go wrong with a Road Angel. I've had 2 and they are brilliant.

I had the original New Road Angel and the Road Angel Navigator. Both of them were excellent. I went from the 1st to the 2nd because I wanted satnav included. I then stupidly went for a newer satnav and bought a Garmin. The satnav side of things is outstanding but the camera side of things is quite poor. The Garmin is a dedicated satnav. Road Angel is a dedicated safety camera system.

does the first one detect police with speed guns????

It can if you buy the additional sensor. There is a sensor for detection from the rear that's built into the unit. Its the black sensor window on the front face of the unit.
