the bearings are quite cheap at the dealer,
there are two different bearings fitted to the mains, you need 4 x the plain bearings (£10 each) and 1 x the end float main bearings (£30)
big end bearings are about £50 the set
the piston rings are expensive, something like £50 PER piston
