Another quick question - I've blanked off the EGR valve now using the blanking plate I bought, should I have retained the metal gasket that was under the EGR valve ?? I haven't refitted the gasket, but I have kept it just in case, the EGR itself is still attached to the loom and rotated to one side. Not had much chance to see any improvements yet, but I'll be doing some running over the weekend so I'll see how it goes.
