FPR connection

I've been told to connect the fpr to the inlet manifold. Fair enough, I'm always gald of good instruction. What are people using to do this as the std pipe is too short. Also I have a slight concern. To do this implies its a rising rate fpr. Is that true?

For sure you can buy some suitable hard plastic hose at a carshop.
It should be a linear FPR where the fuel pressure is referenced to the manifold pressure. This way the injectors (which inject into the head/manifold) always inject with the same pressure difference.
