Better post this here also. I wondered how you guys checked that all the pulleys are in line. I moved my SC pulley out a bit (1-1,5mm) to match the crank and alternator pulley, but the new Courtenay idler pulley seems a bit off. (Slightly different angle, probably due to how it's bolted onto the alternator...)
Maybe the idler allignment is of minor importance, but I like to make things right.
Also I read on the German forum that the injector rail needs some spacers. I did not check this yet with the Z20LET injectors, but for sure some washers will do?
