how do i disconnect the gear linkage to take gearbox off ?

really would appreciate any help on how to seperate the gear linkage bars from the gearbox and also how do i get the drivers side drive shaft out

ok i sussed this one out, just a bit of brute force on the rubber connectors on the gear linkage and the came off, just stuck on removing the offside driveshaft, nearside was easy just pop in a bar and prise it out but other side is totally different, would be good if anyone can help
