After fitting high compression pistons to my webcon throttle bodied vx I started to get starting problems
I spoke to Webcon (they really do have 110% after sales advice  ), they said that because I have a lightened flywheel, balancer delete and high compression pistons that the signal from the crank trigger wheel is getting confused
The reason is the ecu counts how long each pulse is and when it sees a longer pulse assumes thats Top Dead Centre, but if 2+3 pistons reach the top it causes the engine too slow down slightly (as does 1+4), so the ecu assumes thats TDC when in fact it's 180 degrees out 🙁
So I've ordered a Nippon Denso high torque starter motor which should cure the problem 😃
