£75 tuning box will see 200bhp for one! Fully adjustable ones (like I have) are £230. DTUK has a new one coming about which also does boost pressure as well as fuel pressure, and are seeing approx 230bhp!
Couple of common faults with these engines, EGR valve is shit (VX on their 3rd re-design, and 2 month current back order), swirl flaps prone to problems, £800ish to fix, DMF also prone to failure, and with the cost of a new clutch, £1400 to fix at VX..........................why did I buy the Vectra again??
Other than that, pretty much bomb proof.
Andy Coupe's looks great with the mods he's done to it, and his is seeing 200bhp with the ECO3 box from DTUK.
I can see 800 miles to a tank of diesel in the Vectra on a motorway run.
