need new engine

Hey,
The timing chain snapped on my vectra b sri, therefore, i am on the hunt for a new engine but dont know wot i need to buy. can i just buy the head and block and use everything else from my car or do i need to buy all the ancilliaries with it. i am at my wits end and close to scrapping the idea all together. please help.

look on ebay mate there are a few and some will come with the other bits still on engine
just look for z22se on ebay should bring a few up

you just need the engine block and head, but as you have a vectra you need another vectra engine or swap the inlet cam into the new engine

remember to fit a new timing chain kit to the new engine before fitting it - so much easier
