Vec C 2.2 (Z22SE) idle speed

Guys , just out of interest those of you that have the Vec C 2.2 petrol (Z22SE) can you tell me what you're idle speed is when at opereating temp' Noticed with mine that it sits just under the 750 rpm mark and is a little lumpy (better since cleaning out the throttle body etc) and when AC is on the idle speed rises very slightly and is barely lumpy at all so i'm guessing that maybe getting the idle raised slightly with AC Off may sort it altogether, have noticed that VX bible states idle speed can be between 680 - 900 rpm.

accruate idle speed u need a tech2 or similiar device

my rev counter sits nearer to 500 than 1000 at idle when warm but my obd2 interface shows it bobbing 780 - 810

normally lads it should be arround 750-790rpm without air con,air con iz rising rev,thats normal thing as U know 🙂 so I would boder if revs are arround 1000with air con 🙂

ive got aircon and mine sits at 500?

Think I'll stick it on my scanner at some point and double check what it actually is, but seem to remember my rev counter being pretty accurate against scanner last time I checked.

Ive noticed my coupe runs very lumpy on idle as well. Would love to sort it out.

Throttle body was the main issue with idling on mine (although it's still very slightly there, no where near as bad as before) removed it and gave it a good clean especially around the edge of the butterfly itself, give it a try on yours you never know!!

the tickover is low to keep emissions down, tech2 can increase it
