Daz A bit of an update on alys.. After painting my wheels last week, alys looked a bit poop, so done a quicky refurb on them and painted them 5 wheel steel . they havnt turned out to bad in all honesty... And fitted to the car.... We also had the windows tinted on both coupes on friday, as you can see in the pics too Both nose to nose..( i can hear alys crying out for gsi bumper in this pic..

Daz Yet another update... bought aly a 2.5" 2nd decat last week, as she was still running the standard 2nd cat section , but with the cat removed. its a cobra one which matchs the rest of the system tidy now... well made bit of exhaust like the other bits..
Daz Well today i managed to fix the issue alys was having at high rpm ....was driving fine under 4k, but as soon as foot was planted it wud mis like mad..... so took a punt on it being the coilpack....and it was ....so i'm happy...and aly is too 😃
Daz Fitted the beeson intake pipe today...was a tight squeese but its in there.... Also fitted a new aux water pump and expansion bottle....
Daz Fitted alys powerflex engine mount today... No pics of it fitted but will upload the ones of mine to the thread on my car Matt these pics are a better quality than the ones i took last week when i fitted mine, hence why i havnt uploaded the ones of mine u asked for last week..
Daz Well aly sold her car to her daughter back in aaugust, and last thursday someone drove into the side of it, so we have it back and it most prob goin to be broke and scrapped
