As Matt said, i was under the big impression i would loose lots of power fitting one over the deristricted airbox and filter which i had before. And on the rolling road it didnt loose any.
TBH i think it has helped with throttle response and the saound it good nice and quite then 3.5k you get a nice deep sound.
Again the only time i have noticed heat soak is if i have been sat in a queue of traffic anf go to set off fast you get a slight hesitation. I personally dont see that as a massive downside.
