MikeS bought some phase 2 gsi rims off ebay for 120 quid - been told it was a bargain apparently they need refurbing anyone got ideas on what colour is best apart from black 😛 car is star silver
Martyn i like them would they fit on my astra? and i seen a silver astra with white wheels look nice but id say keep them silver.
MikeS bucket of warm soapy water and some fine wet n dry and some coarser for the scuffing ? specific primer then gravity fed gun with compressor ?
sdbutler10 yup that sounds right mike and deep scuffs use some body filler. i would use etch primer for them and you dont need to rub that down afterwards.
MikeS well a friend of mine had his done for like 35 quid an alloy and i seen the before and after and they look practically brand new i gonna speak them and if it works out 2 expensive then i have to try have a god myself

vocky they were very cheap ! get them done silver, it's worth paying £35 a wheel. I spent £50 each wheel doing a set of mk 1 gsi wheels myself
MikeS could be cheeky and get em refurbed then knock em out for silly money get hold of some nice 18" penta's
Sjdickso I do like them alloys always have. If you know they quality is good i would get them done for £35, as said keep them OE and silver.
ace-media I'm properly jealous Mike... suuuuuch a bargain. Really wanted a set of those for mine! Pay to have them done properly dude - professionals will do a much better/permanent job of the curb damage :-) Oh and keep them silver 😉
