strange engine noise

Hi all

my engine makes a strange sound. i don't now if it's a normal noice, et anything else.
sounds like "clouc clouc clouc clouc"... freqency is about 3-4Hz at idle.
At a higher rpm, i can't hear it, the engine is too noisy.
My can chain have been change 40000 km ago.

I can ear the sound inside the car. outside, the engine is too noisy and it's really difficult to localise where the strange sound come from (it is not really loud)

I hope this is not my balancer chain, or my water pump.

As I said, maybe it's a normal noice... i don't know

could be a cracked exhaust manifold or simply noisy injectors

I think it's a noisy injector. the sound seem to come from the back of the engine, near the exaust manifold.
I think iw must remove my front right wheel to listen carefully where the sound come from (I can't go under the car 🙁 it will be easier)
