Update on Exhaust

Here is the final results for my exhaust. I had another play about with it this morning and I got it sitting like this in the end. The only thing I am not 100% sure on is should the backbox go on a little further? It's not fully on, I can get it on more so it sits flush with the bumper. It's only sticking out a little bit. Should I put it on all the way or leave it as it is? Cheers

i think that looks smart sitting there like that. all it was they could not be arsed to fit it correctley at the garages. wank*rs like that give us mechanics a bad name

I would like it flush also neil but I think it might make my bumper weird from the heat coming straight up over. The fumes and stuff can get clear perfect the way it is now. Whats best lol, still not too sure. Will it damage my bumper if it was closer? I love the noise from this exhaust, not too loud but perfect 🙂

i dont think it would damage it tbh mate as the gasses dont flow up striaght away they blow out from the pressure.

I have just been out for a little cruise to test the new system out. I like it and it sounds great. I took some pics out and about with new exhaust in place at last. Cheers...

I will get some sound clips up on the weekend 🙂. Next thing is my front pre cat pipe, then it's a bigger side mounted intercooler then a new Turbo, a vxr one. Last thing will be my re map to stage 2 🙂. Cheers
