front anti-roll bar link arms

just been looking at my front arb its a standard one at the moment and the arms connected to the suspension turrets seem to be made of plastic ive been getting a knocking noise fron the front of the car for a while now and thought when i replaced the wishbone bushes it would cure it but no its still there its when i go over bumps but its ok on flat roads but now ive seen these plastic arms it points to the arb at the front if i get the kit that courteneys do does it have metal link arms and will it sort this noise out also has anyone else had this prob with the standard arb and got rid of it by upgrading

Quite a few people have issues with the drop links. Why they made them from plastic i have no idea. I have had 2 or 3 snap!

They also seem to wear fast. It is a "Common Problem" lol.

Have you got a link to the uprated ones?

I know LMF do the shorter metal ones if you are running lower then OE.

It is also worth getting the full poly bush kit.

i was havin a look at courteneys and they have a kit complete with poly bushes but im gunna ring them first coz from what i could make out you only get link arms bushes and nuts and bolts and its 110 quid heres the script
