Starting engine from sleep mode

My z22se engine has not been started for several months and would appreciate advice if its ok just to crank it over and start up as normal, crank it over with coil pack removed to circulate oil or should I remove plugs and pour in a little oil to lubricate bores, if so how much? notsure.gif

how longs has it been off the road ??? 6months ???

put a bit of diesel in the plug holes and turn her over by hand using the crank pulley for a good 10 revolutions, it should help it if part seized, the blocks tend to seize up a bit if left for a while

just make sure oil is reaching the head when your start her up

run her for a good week then change the oil and plugs

just whip the plugs out and build up the oil pressure
