My B&M shortshift aluminium billet stick gives me the horn in the summer but freezes my hand off during the winter!! pmsl..
Seriously though, the B&M is a fine shortshift stick and you do pay for that quality to the tune of £150. Fairly straight forward to fit, just make sure that you mark the cable positions before you start pulling bits apart. Follow the Haynes manual and you won't go far wrong. ;-)
