Very nice indeed, quite a bit of lag on the turbo though. Is all that power worth it if it only comes in after 4000rpm?

I didnt notice. I spose it is like that evo FQ340 or what ever in top gear when they raced a cheap car setting off in 4th or 5th gear and due to massive lag the standard car won.

I have always liked the GSi / SRi -T also Danny.

Well i only give £2100 for mine! New turbo fitted last year! costing over £900 and cam belt done with full service history.. BARGAN! 🙂

As long as youv'e got a good eye for motors you should strike lucky out there...

not if it's been mapped properly as long as the power comes in smoothly and not in one hit it will be fairly managable to drive
