5/30 then every 3 months i would say as it is just water and your more likely to leak it out or blow it out
10/40 every 6000 miles imo, did an oil change on saturday myself and couldnt beleive the state of the oil filter, its the 2nd oil change in 7 months since the new chain and the filter was full of shite, the oil was pretty black but that is to be expected with part synthetic
all i am going to advise is change the oil every 3 months for a good year after you replace the chain
