You could probably get away with using a PC on the scooby.

As for a deep shine i've heard good things about dodo juice

Like Matt and Dodger said a session with clay and PC, only issue with machine polishing would be the thiness of the jap paint it would give it a great base to then build up. But if the paint work isnt that swirly / mar'd then i would go for a stage 2 polish or similar then a good wax

Yep, although I think I've only used it once on the Astra, so don't really know if it works or not :oops:

Might try it this week when I get round to cleaning the rest of the car.
