the fixed one is stuck in 1 postion. which i think is about in the middle so not to hard but not to soft.
the adjustable one you can adjust to your driving style.
my is the adjustable on and i have it set to the hardest setting so i can go around corners the bit better. but also it make the drive that bit harsher.
