Misfire when warm

Hello

Would anyone happen to know what could be causing my friends astra to misfire when warm. Its a 1.6 8V S reg (Sorry I know its not a 2.2)

It runs fine when cold but when worm it mis fires.

Plugs have recently been changed, HT leads, oil i think and TB cleaned. The problem was there before these service items was carried out.

Going to have a look over this weekend for him, anyone ever known this before and what if any solutions

coolant temp sensor would be a good start

on that engine should be on the right side of the head

my mate had the same with a 1.6 8v, I seem to recall it was either the coilpack or tps (throttle position sensor) or something to do with the tb

Cheers, had a look this weekend and it doesnt seem t bad. Seems the RPM oscillate a touch when idling. Dont think its much to bother about as the car cost peanuts
