EML on with code P1138

I haave had a 200 CPI cat fitted recently with the 2nd 02 sensor spaced out. Did about 2,000 miles no EML i then fitted a pipercross induction kit after 200 miles with that on up popped a EML.

I cleared the code and all have been fine until today 255 miles later EML has popped up.

This time the scanner is telling me it is

P1138

Now is this due to the induction kit as from what i can find P1 codes mean P11XX Fuel and Air Metering or is the scanner not reading the fault right as as P0138 is O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2).

Can anyone confirm this.

If any thing i think the car is running / smelling a bit richer with the induction kit on dunno..

Any advice on the code or the solution would be great.

Just to add i have just put the 4th tank of 97 ron fuel in as well.

no the first number in the dtc code is manufacturer specific

0 is generic 1 is manufacturer

DTC P1138 HO2S Bank 1 Sensor 2 Rich or High Voltage

we have a group buy on gendan software 🙂

vauxcheck would give u accurate info about the sensor fault

also remember generic readers dont give u all the fault codes off a z22se engine

says rear lambda is playing up meaning it is pusling over .45 average and is pulsing above .8 volts

I would like the gendan software but got to get some new disks soon.

I presume that it is the sports cat then. have you had any luck finding a EML eliminator in the UK i might try this one
