lambda senser removal

does any1 know the size of spanner i need to remove the lambda sensor

I used a special socket the size of a sparkplug. It had a slot down the side of it. I suspect it will be too tight for an open ended spanner, and that you cant get a ring over the connector.

i used a plumbers wrench on mine

just tighten it up around the thread and get a hammer and start whacking the end of the wrench, the vibration and sharp force should loosen it up

suggest generously spraying around the thread of the lambda with wd40 and let it soak for a good 20 mins before u start
