engine mount noise

i bought a z22se that had been sitting for about 5 months or so-
when its cold and you drive over a spe3ed bump you get a noise from under the front bumper like a busted engine mount,
then after driving around for 10 minutes or so it completely dissapeares even when going over bumpsw at a reasonable speed?
has anyone got any ideas?
i think its coming from the drvers side

i have the same prob!! My car just had its MOT and they said nothing about it so its not something visual or something they test but it did fail over the rear springs been broken. I wonder if the suspension arm just gets abit stiff now and again?

rubbers on the joints of the suspension arm go hard and sometimes they bang back into place other times they are that worn you get the knocking when braking and accelerating and holes/ speed humps

for a set of suspension arms - 30 quid it is worth replacing em
